What You'll Earn
- $31–$44/hr (base + tips + commission)
- Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $8/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What You'll Do
- Support salon leadership with daily operations
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent, legendary client experience
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
- Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

What We're Looking For
- Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
- Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
