Lead Services That Help People Move Forward
The Family Counseling Center of Fulton County, Inc. is seeking a Recovery & Rehabilitation Service Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a variety of client support services, including Peer Support, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), and vocational support services.
This is a working management position that combines staff supervision, program leadership, client support, service coordination, quality improvement, and direct service responsibilities.
As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), TFCC is committed to providing accessible, person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services. In this role, you'll help ensure that individuals receiving services have the support, resources, skills, and connections they need to work toward their personal recovery goals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in peer support, behavioral health, psychosocial rehabilitation, employment support, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Peer Specialist Certification or equivalent credential required.
- Demonstrated lived experience with behavioral health challenges consistent with applicable Peer Specialist credentialing requirements.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented practices and the role of peer support in behavioral health services.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and Medicaid exclusion screening.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience with PSR, vocational rehabilitation, employment support, or community-based behavioral health services.
- Experience working within a CCBHC or similar integrated behavioral health environment.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and support assigned program staff.
- Provide individual and group supervision.
- Support staff development, professional growth, and effective service delivery.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Address staffing, performance, and operational concerns in collaboration with Agency leadership and Human Resources.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, recovery-oriented team environment.
Support Clients in Their Recovery
- Maintain an assigned client caseload, as applicable.
- Provide individual and group support using trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches.
- Use lived experience and peer support principles, as appropriate, to provide empathy, encouragement, advocacy, and practical support.
- Help clients identify and work toward individualized recovery goals.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with appropriate community resources and services.
- Promote client choice, self-determination, independence, empowerment, and recovery.
- Support clients in developing skills that promote wellness, community integration, and successful recovery.
Coordinate & Strengthen Services
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to integrate Client Support Services into the Agency's overall care model.
- Promote effective communication and coordination between programs and departments.
- Monitor service effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve programs and service delivery.
- Gather feedback from clients, staff, and community partners to support program development and quality improvement.
- Help develop initiatives that strengthen recovery, rehabilitation, peer, and vocational services.
Training & Professional Development
- Collaborate with the Training Specialist and Agency leadership to develop and deliver training for assigned staff.
- Provide education and coaching related to recovery-oriented practices, trauma-informed care, peer support, rehabilitation services, professional boundaries, and Agency requirements.
- Support staff participation in workshops, conferences, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of learning, accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Quality & Program Oversight
- Monitor staff caseloads, scheduling, productivity, and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records related to staff activities, client services, program operations, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports regarding program activities, service utilization, client outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Conduct documentation reviews and audits.
- Monitor program performance indicators and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the Agency's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
- Support compliance with Agency policies, CCBHC standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
