We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restoration Technician to spearhead restoration projects and ensure exceptional service delivery in the aftermath of water, fire, mold, or flood damage. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee restoration projects involving water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, flood recovery, and general cleaning efforts.
- Coordinate on-site activities, assign tasks to team members, and ensure adherence to safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as hand tools, power tools, Xactimate estimating software, and carpet cleaning equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
- Conduct emergency response readiness activities, including on-call coverage for urgent restoration needs.
- Operate company vehicles safely while managing logistics for project materials and equipment transport.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, set expectations, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, safety compliance, and project progress in accordance with company standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with expertise in fire restoration, water damage repair, flood recovery, mold remediation, and general cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection to ensure team safety at all times.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, Xactimate software for estimates, and various cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners.
- Ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations with readiness for on-call coverage.
- Construction experience is highly desirable for structural repairs or rebuilds following damage incidents.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly.
