What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Build relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for patients
- Help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps
- Coordinate treatment scheduling to support patient needs and smooth clinical flow
- Explain financial options
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment
- Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain accurate communication and documentation
