The job:
- Act as jobsite helper whenever needed, including but not limited to:
- Install, sand, and finish hardwood floors to NWFA standards and specific standards set by Perennial Hardwood
- Install prefinished flooring and LVP to product and NWFA standards
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a physically demanding job
- Coachable and positive attitude, desire to take initiative
- Efficient, effective, and capable of providing high-quality results

- Construction or flooring experience is preferred, but not required.
Other requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License are required, we proudly provide high-quality hardwood floors to the Northern Colorado area.
- Attend occasional further-education courses in Denver
- Occasionally drive to Denver to pick up supplies, or to the landfill to dispose of jobsite waste
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Job may require long periods of standing, kneeling, and/or physical work
- Pay will be determined according to experience and ability
- Must be available to work full time, day shift hours M-F with occasional weekend shifts when necessary.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
