What You’ll Do
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
- Support assembly, installation, or basic construction tasks as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and job sites
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently
- Help with packing, labeling, and preparing materials or products for shipment
- Perform basic maintenance, cleanup, and general facility support
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment
- Assist skilled trades or technicians with projects and daily operations

Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
- Capable of working in outdoor environments
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
