About the roleWe're a fast-growing custom apparel and print-on-demand shop, and our order volume is climbing fast. We're hiring several part-time DTG (direct-to-garment) print operators to help us keep up with the growth. This is hands-on production work in our t-shirt printing area — you'll run the pretreatment process and operate our DTG printers to turn out high-quality printed apparel.
No printing experience required — we'll train you. If you've worked in printing, screen printing, embroidery, or any production or manufacturing environment, even better.
ScheduleWe're flexible and building our team around two shifts. Tell us your availability and we'll work with you:
- Evenings: 5:00 PM until finished (weeknights)
- Weekends: flexible hours based on volume and your availability
Hours can flex up as our volume grows. This is a great fit if you're looking to add part-time hours around school, a day job, or family.
What you'll do
- Run the pretreatment process on garments before printing
- Load, operate, and monitor DTG printers throughout your shift
- Inspect printed garments for quality — color, alignment, and coverage
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow our production workflow and help hit daily output targets
- Communicate with the team to keep orders moving
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual — we're counting on you for your shift
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on doing it right the first time
- Comfortable standing, doing repetitive tasks, and working at a steady pace
- Able to follow a documented process and learn our equipment
- A good attitude and a team-first mindset
- Printing, apparel, or production experience is a plus (but not required — we train)
