1. Construction Staff
- Support daily construction site operations and assist supervisors/managers with work planning and coordination.
- Monitor construction progress and help track schedule status, delays, and follow-up items.
- Assist with manpower management, including attendance, work assignments, crew allocation, and daily coordination.
- Coordinate delivery, inventory, and usage status of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Check site work areas, access routes, material storage, and housekeeping conditions to support safe operations.
- Assist with safety activities such as TBM, PPE checks, work area control, and hazard reporting.
- Support quality checks by verifying work progress against drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Communicate with the general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding work instructions and site issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, manpower logs, work progress updates, photo records, and other site documentation.
- Support permit, inspection, delivery, and access coordination as required for project activities.
- Report site issues, changes, delays, and urgent matters to management in a timely manner.
- Perform other construction, administrative, and site support duties as assigned by management.
2. Quality Control Inspector Engineer
- 'Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections of construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation work to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Review and verify that all materials delivered to the job site meet the approved material specifications and submittals.
- Perform and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions are taken and closed out.
- Coordinate and witness all required inspections, tests, and third-party testing activities (e.g., hydrostatic tests, welding inspections, concrete testing).
- Review construction drawings, IFC (Issued for Construction) documents, and shop drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, material certifications, and daily logs.
- Participate in project quality meetings and coordinate with subcontractors on quality-related issues.
- Communicate quality findings and issues to the QC Manager and project team in a timely manner.
- Support preparation and submission of quality documentation for client review and approval.
- Ensure all inspection and test plans (ITPs) are followed by construction teams and subcontractors.
- Comply with all site safety policies and procedures at all times.
3. Site Safety Staff
- Assist the Safety Manager in executing the company’s safety strategy and promoting a zero-accident culture on the project(s).
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Support the implementation of industry best practices to prevent Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs).
- Assist in managing and mentoring Trade Partners to establish effective safety programs onsite.
- Provide technical support and share safety knowledge with the project team, focusing on hazardous energy control, crane lifts, and other high-risk activities.
- Aid in the development and implementation of a Safety Management System (SMS) as needed.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to promote ongoing safety education and awareness.
- Assist in the management of site-specific insurance programs and injury case management.
- Collect, track, and analyze safety data to identify trends and improve safety efforts.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety materials and equipment to support project needs.
- Occasionally work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet project demands.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
