iStaffing is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate on behalf of a leading Electrical Supply Distribution Company in Whittier, CA. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to safety, teamwork, and quality.
Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Load, unload, receive, pick, pack, and store products accurately.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training available for qualified candidates).
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order pulling, or inventory is a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Safety-conscious mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification.

- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Provide documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States.
