What You'll Do
· Support the team during each shift and help keep service running smoothly.
· Lead by example with great hospitality, quality, and teamwork.
· Help coach and motivate team members throughout the shift.
· Assist with guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and daily restaurant operations.
· Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
· Create a positive, guest-focused workplace where the team can do their best work.
· Bring fun, focus, and flavor to every shift.
