We are committed to accuracy, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Associate to join our warehouse operations team.
Job Summary
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy and the efficient flow of products throughout the fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and databases.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory transfers.
- Support order fulfillment activities by ensuring product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep storage and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.

Pay: $21.90 - $22.80 per hour
