SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a customer plastics injection molding position in Lititz, PA The Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator will manage the entire molding process including; equipment set-up, reading and following specifications, and inspecting molds, and delivering finished products to end-user for delivery. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation up to $21.00 an hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available rotating shifts include Day and Night.
Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Molding)
- Set-up and operate injection molding machines, vision systems, down-stream equipment, and material feed equipment.
- Monitor process parameters on the injection machines and secondary systems.
- Safe, accurate, and timely executive of tooling changeovers per work instructions.
- Set up and adjust assembly, auxiliary, and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot molding problems including but not limited to flash, short shots, dimensional issues, etc.
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Molding):
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
- Previous plastics injection molding experience a plus.
- Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
- Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
