In this role, you’ll build high-quality fences from start to finish, support your partner, and ensure every project reflects our award-winning standards.

What You’ll Do:
Build with Accuracy: Install fences with precision, speed, and a high attention to detail.
Dominate in a Two-three Man Team: Work shoulder-to-shoulder in a highly efficient two-three person crew where your daily output directly controls your income.
Maintain Quality: Ensure all craftsmanship meets our strict structural and aesthetic standards.
Site Management: Keep a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Problem Solve: Troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects moving on schedule without making excuses.
What We’re Looking For:
The High-Achiever Mindset: You aren't afraid of hard work, you move at a fast, steady pace, and you want the opportunity to prove your capabilities every single day.
Skilled & Capable: A strong understanding of framing, power tools, and construction practices.
Reliable: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a track record of showing up ready to execute.
Physically Fit: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and maintain stamina throughout the day.
Value-Driven: Someone who is dependable, accountable, and completely aligned with our core values.
What We Offer
Aggressive Performance Pay: Hourly base rates based on your experience, PLUS heavy performance bonuses. If you and your partner simply hit the national average for daily fence installation, you can earn an extra 1 to 1.5 paychecks per month. If you hustle, you write your own check.
