Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties
- Lead daily on-site operations, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a zero-accident environment.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with the project team to prevent overruns.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specified standards and rectify issues promptly.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction estimating software to document progress, manage change orders, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
- Coordinate with project managers on procurement activities including pipeline management for materials and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations throughout the project's lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera (P6), HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Hands-on experience with OSHA safety standards and implementing safety programs on construction sites.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high morale.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately using tools like ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing multiple crews or subcontractors across different phases of construction projects.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
