We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Graphics Installer to join our team. This role involves applying custom graphics, decals, and wraps to vehicles, ensuring precise and professional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vinyl graphics installation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality finishes. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of heavy lifting, and comfortable working with both hand and power tools. Previous vinyl installation is experience REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Apply vehicle graphics, decals, wraps, and lettering with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed for optimal adhesion
- Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing equipment, and auto glass tools to complete installations
- Perform vehicle surface repairs including auto body work, painting, and detailing when necessary
- Conduct vehicle preparation tasks related to the installation process
- Ensure all graphics are aligned correctly and adhered securely without bubbles or wrinkles
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Wrap shop experience or background in sign & graphics
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, airless paint spraying devices, and auto glass tools
- Experience in auto detailing or auto estimating is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installations
- Prior work involving vehicle customization or graphics application is advantageous
- Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting with clients and ensuring satisfaction
