About the Role
Growing multi-entity company seeks an experienced bookkeeper to start immediately. You'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping across several related businesses, so comfort juggling multiple sets of books is a must. QuickBooks Online proficiency is non-negotiable — you should be able to hit the ground running on day one.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice entry, reconciliation, and collections follow-up
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Month-end close support and reporting
- Expense and receipt tracking per company policy
- Intercompany transaction recording
Requirements
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to start immediately
Preferred
- Multi-entity or intercompany bookkeeping experience
- Experience in a regulated industry (cannabis, alcohol, healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with LeafLink, METRC, or similar seed-to-sale/order platforms
