Construction Content Creator / Videographer

GD Creative Lens is looking for a reliable, creative, and motivated Content Creator / Videographer to join our growing team in the Bay Area.
We specialize in creating high-quality social media content for construction, remodeling, real estate, and design companies. This is a field-based position that requires traveling between multiple active construction sites throughout the Bay Area to capture photo and video content.
What You'll Do
- Travel to multiple construction sites throughout the Bay Area each workday
- Capture high-quality vertical video and photo content
- Film construction progress, before & afters, project details, workers on-site, finished spaces, and behind-the-scenes content
- Capture professional drone footage when needed
- Follow a daily schedule and complete all assigned job-site visits on time
- Organize and upload all captured content at the end of each workday
- Communicate with our team throughout the day regarding projects, schedules, and content needs
- Maintain consistent quality across different projects and locations
What We're Looking For
- Experience with photography and videography
- Drone filming experience required
- Strong eye for composition, angles, lighting, and details
- Comfortable filming primarily for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and other vertical social media formats
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive frequently throughout the Bay Area
- Excellent time management and ability to follow a multi-location daily schedule
- Highly organized and responsible with files and content uploads
- Reliable, punctual, and professional when representing GD Creative Lens at client job sites
- Available for up to 2 weeks per month, with the possibility of additional work
- Someone motivated to learn, improve, grow with the company, and take on more responsibility over time
Important
This is not a remote content creation position. A large part of the role involves being on the road and visiting multiple construction sites in different Bay Area cities throughout the day.
Some days may include several job-site visits, so candidates must be comfortable with frequent driving and managing a structured schedule.
