The rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. This is the established, non-negotiable wage for this role, for all drivers. If this compensation does not meet your expectations, we completely understand and encourage you to pursue opportunities that better align with your desired pay.
Job Summary:
The Driver will drive automobiles and/or vans to transport passengers and their cargo.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drives company cars to transport passengers.
- Picks up passengers at prearranged locations.
- Must greet passengers outside of the vehicle when approaching vehicle.
- Assists passengers with entering and exiting vehicles and assists with any and all luggage.
- Ensures passengers reach their destinations safely and on time.
- Observes safety regulations and state laws regarding vehicle operation; ensures passengers also follow applicable safety regulations.
- Communicates with dispatchers by application, phone, or other means to receive requests for passenger service.
- Ensures vehicle equipment such as brakes, lights, windshield wipers, etc., is maintained and operating properly.
- Reports vehicle problems to dispatchers or company managers.
- Submits accident reports when needed.
- Conducts routine maintenance on vehicles including adding gasoline, oil, and water and checking tire pressure; ensures more specialized maintenance and repairs are performed.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid US driver's license with a good driving record - Clean history for last 3 years required
- Must provide DOT physical card
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to greet passengers outside of vehicle despite climate.
