Mungenast Lexus of St Louis is hiring a full-time Customer Development Representative. The Customer Development Representative will be responsible for increasing service appointments by responding to emails and receiving inbound calls and serve as a support to department.
Other duties include:
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Takes all incoming service calls, schedules appointments appropriately, refers to history, sells correct maintenance and answers questions accordingly.
- Writes appointments without error, documenting costs quoted, documenting customers concerns and provides accurate information to both the service advisor and customer.
- Responsible for maintaining the service appointment objective each day.
- Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs, etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Completes outbound CRM call activities for Service and meets outbound call number standards.
- Completes outbound calls in a productive, efficient, thorough and error free way.
- Maintains marketing program by mailing specials, recommendations, decline, SSC and other letters to our customers.
- Maintains, scans, updates customer information and files service repair orders.
- Responds to customer live chats quickly, efficiently and when appropriate transfer chat to a sales associate.
- Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage.
- Provides assistance to parts, service and sales departments.
- Works with department manager to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
- Maintains a positive attitude with staff and customers.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Possess time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills.
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice.
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone.
- Must hold a valid driver license.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Pay will be $22 hourly plus opportunity for weekly bonus.
Schedule is 5 days a week including some Saturdays.
