The Superior Group is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused professional to join our growing Electrical Reliability team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical consulting, estimating, customer relationship management, and project management into one rewarding career. As our Electrical Reliability Solutions Representative, you will work directly with facility owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and commercial customers to identify electrical reliability improvements, develop corrective solutions, and manage repair projects from proposal through completion.

Responsibilities:
As the Electrical Reliability Solutions Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers by developing practical electrical solutions and managing the successful execution of awarded work.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with customers to review electrical inspection findings and discuss corrective recommendations.
- Develop scopes of work for electrical repairs, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
- Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
- Present proposals and recommend solutions to facility managers, engineers, and business owners.
- Build long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.
- Manage awarded repair and small construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
- Identify additional opportunities to improve customer electrical reliability.
- Collaborate with field technicians, project teams, and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in electrical construction, electrical service, facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, technical sales, project management, or a related industry.
- Experience estimating commercial or industrial projects.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing electrical or construction projects.
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiarity with preventive or predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience presenting proposals to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
