St. James Gate in Belmont is looking for an energetic, experienced, and reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our team for weekend shifts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love craft cocktails and spirits, and know how to keep a crowd happy, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Mix, garnish, and serve classic and specialized cocktails, beer, and wine quickly and accurately.
Provide exceptional, friendly service to bar patrons and table guests alike.
Take food and drink orders, handle payments efficiently using our POS system, and manage cash drawers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with all local food safety and alcohol beverage laws.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of mixology, craft beers, and premium spirits.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
Availability: This is a weekend-specific role. You must be available to work weekends, including mandatory Sunday shifts.
Food handler and alcohol service certifications (ServSafe / LEAD / RBS) are a major plus.
Pay: From $18.95 per hour
