Position Overview
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and help them build a lifelong love of learning. If you enjoy creating engaging activities, building meaningful relationships with children and families, and making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.
Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a preschool classroom.
- Create fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding educational program.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative, patient, organized, and dependable.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
