Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining fairness and compliance with Kentucky Fair Housing regulations
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings across multiple channels, including digital platforms and traditional media
- Manage all aspects of deal closing, including preparing documentation, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and legal requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication, addressing client inquiries promptly, and managing expectations effectively
- Collaborate with managing real estate teams or brokerages to streamline administrative tasks and ensure adherence to legal standards and organizational policies
- Host open houses and conduct property tours
- Maintain consistent client communication and keep CRM records current
- Represent Allodium's standards of honesty and transparency in every transaction
Requirements
- Active real estate license in Kentucky
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a genuine desire to build a long-term real estate career
- Commitment to ethical client service
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
