Position Summary:
Great Lakes Staffing is an internal staffing agency, offering CNAs the flexibility to pick up shifts at facilities while remaining part of one supportive organization. This position allows you to create a schedule that works for you while providing exceptional care to our residents.
As a CNA with Great Lakes Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work at our Meadowbrook locations in:

Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Answer call lights promptly and courteously
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Accurately complete documentation per facility standards
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
Active Wisconsin CNA certification
In good standing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
Ability to travel
Strong teamwork and communication skills
