Patient Care Specialist St. Cloud Family Dental — St. Cloud, MN
About Us
At St. Cloud Family Dental, we believe the patient experience starts long before anyone sits in the chair. It starts with the voice on the phone, the face at the front desk, and the person who takes the time to make sure a patient actually understands their care. That's where you come in.
We're a private practice built on trust, genuine relationships, and a team that looks out for one another. Our patients keep coming back because they feel it — and we're looking for someone who gets that and takes pride in it.
The Role
As our Patient Care Specialist, you're often the first and last impression a patient has of our practice. You'll guide people through their visits with warmth and clarity — answering questions, coordinating care, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a role that requires equal parts organization and people skills, and the right person will find it genuinely rewarding.
What You'll Do

- Clearly explain treatment options and help patients navigate decisions about their care
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Partner closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Deliver consistent, standout service at every touchpoint
Who You Are
- Experienced in dental, medical, or patient care coordination
- Familiar with dental terminology and insurance — or eager to learn
- A calm, clear communicator who people naturally trust
- Detail-oriented and dependable without needing to be micromanaged
- Someone who finds genuine satisfaction in helping others have a better day
What We Offer
- Competitive pay
- Health benefits, PTO, and retirement plan
- Ongoing training and real opportunities to grow
- A team that values your work and a practice worth being proud of
