Topline Designs is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to join our growing mobile automotive customization business.
This is more than an opportunity to install Vinyl or PPF. We're looking for someone who wants to learn a specialized trade, develop real expertise, work independently, and build a career they can be proud of.
You don't need to know everything coming in. We're willing to train the right person from the ground up.

What You'll Do
As a Mobile Graphics & PPF Installer, you'll travel throughout the Greater Chicagoland area performing automotive customization work primarily at collision centers, dealerships, and other professional automotive facilities.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and eventually perform a wide range of services, including but not limited to:
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
- Vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps
- Decal installation and removal
- Chrome deletes and accent wraps
- Door edge and door cup protection
- Pinstriping
- Commercial and fleet graphics
- And potentially other automotive customization and appearance services that may interest you
Some projects will be completed independently. Larger or more complex projects will involve working directly alongside the owner or another installer as Topline continues to grow. The job will consist of components such as inventory and tool management as well.
Every day and every job is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicles and projects rather than performing the same task every day. You will meet many other professionals and work with and alongside them.

Professionalism matters here.
You'll frequently be working inside established collision centers and dealerships and interacting with shop managers, technicians, service personnel, and customers. We need someone who can represent Topline Designs professionally even when the owner isn't standing next to them.
You Don't Need to Be an Expert
If you've never installed PPF or vinyl before, that's okay. We're willing to train someone from scratch if we believe they have the right attitude and potential.
We can teach you:
- How to install
- How to prep
- How to work efficiently
- How to solve problems
- How to maintain professional quality standards
What we can't easily teach is pride in your work, personal responsibility, professionalism, and the desire to become excellent.
If you're already experienced, that's great too. Your starting compensation and progression will reflect your existing skill level.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
