Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and outgoing Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, inspect roofs, meet with homeowners, and close roofing contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, building relationships, and earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on roofing leads
- Conduct roof inspections and identify storm or roof damage
- Meet with homeowners to explain roofing solutions and insurance claim processes
- Create estimates and present proposals
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project
- Track sales activity using CRM software
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, solar, or home services is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
