Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Starts at $22.00 per hour, with higher pay considered for directly relevant experience.

Position Summary
The Lead Warehouse Teammate is a hands-on senior hourly role that supports daily warehouse execution through task coordination, process ownership, training, and operational support.
This position helps keep workflow moving, reinforces standards, and serves as a go-to resource for teammates throughout the shift. This role leads through example, communication, reliability, and strong work ethic rather than formal disciplinary authority.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Workflow Coordination
- Coordinate daily tasks based on priorities, workload, and operational needs
- Help maintain efficient workflow throughout the shift
- Monitor progress and communicate delays, issues, or bottlenecks to leadership
- Provide hands-on support wherever needed during the shift
- Assist with pallet jacks, scanning, sorting, staging, and material movement
- Help support completion of daily operational goals accurately and on time
Quality & Process Ownership
- Perform routine checks for scanning accuracy, organization, and process compliance
- Reinforce standard operating procedures and safety expectations
- Identify issues quickly and escalate concerns when needed
- Help maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Support inventory accuracy through proper scanning and verification procedures
Team Support & Training
- Help train new teammates on warehouse processes, tools, and expectations
- Provide respectful real-time coaching and guidance
- Model professionalism, urgency, teamwork, and accountability
- Help create a positive, productive, and respectful work environment
Systems & Communication
- Use scanners, warehouse systems, Microsoft Teams, and Excel confidently
- Communicate priorities, updates, and operational concerns clearly
- Assist with documentation and basic reporting as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required
- Prior lead, trainer, or senior teammate experience preferred
- Comfortable guiding others and helping coordinate daily work
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills including scanners and Microsoft systems
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling of materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and work in an active warehouse environment
