Primary Responsibilities
Maintain Pure Dermatology and DermBx brands across every patient touchpoint including:
- Website updates
- Shopify store
- DermBx website
- Product launches
- Print materials
- Waiting room displays
- Checkout merchandising
- Digital marketing
- Practice signage
- Patient education materials
Skincare Product Launches
Manage the rollout of:
- Skincare Kits
- Future product launches
Coordinate photography, copywriting, packaging, inventory displays, website updates, educational materials, and launch timelines.
Creative Project Management
Act as the primary liaison with:
- Website developer
- Shopify developer
- Graphic designer
- Videographer
- Photographer
- Instagram/content manager
- Print vendors
- Signage companies
- Marketing agencies
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet brand standards.
Social Media Collaboration
Coordinate with your existing Instagram/content manager to:
- Plan content calendars
- Organize physician filming days
- Schedule photography
- Coordinate Reels
- Capture before-and-after photos
- Manage testimonials
- Ensure all marketing aligns with practice goals
(Not responsible for personally creating all content.)
Patient Marketing
Develop and execute:
- Email campaigns
- Text message campaigns
- Seasonal promotions
- Product launches
- Membership promotions
- Event marketing
- Referral campaigns
- Birthday promotions
- Holiday campaigns
Segment patient audiences using diagnosis codes and patient interests in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
RepeatMD Ownership
Become the in-house expert on RepeatMD by:
- Managing promotions
- Updating offers
- Launching memberships
- Training staff
- Increasing patient enrollment
- Monitoring analytics
- Improving in-app purchases
- Coordinating seasonal specials
Website & Shopify
Updates for:
- Products
- Blogs
- Promotions
- Treatment pages
- Landing pages
- SEO collaboration
- Before-and-after galleries
- Pricing updates
- Educational content
In-Office Brand Experience
Design and maintain:
Waiting Room
- Promotional banners
- Digital displays
- Seasonal campaigns
Checkout
Create premium merchandising displays:
Each display should include:
- Products
- Treatment recommendations
- Before-and-after photography
- QR codes
- Kit information
MediPlay
Maintain all in-office educational media by updating:
- Treatment videos
- Service descriptions
- Promotional slides
- Before-and-after photos
- Seasonal campaigns
- Product education
Marketing Analytics
Track:
- Website traffic
- Conversion rates
- RepeatMD enrollment
- Shopify sales
- Product sales
- Promotion ROI
- Email open rates
- SMS performance
- Social engagement
- Package sales
- Membership growth
Provide monthly reporting.
Print & Promotional Materials
Manage all printed materials including:
- Treatment brochures
- Product inserts
- Flyers
- Rack cards
- Referral cards
- Event materials
- Educational handouts
- Package pricing
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Physicians
- Office Manager
- Cosmetic Coordinator
- Hair Restoration team
- Front Office
- Clinical team
- Vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
Marketing
Business
Communications
Public Relations
or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, brand management, or healthcare marketing preferred.
Experience with aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical practices is highly preferred.
Experience with:

- Email marketing platforms (such as Weave)
- SMS marketing
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

- Meta Business Suite
- Project management software (Slack or similar)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
