Company Overview
Eau Claire Cooperative Oil Company is growing and looking to add two team members to our Poly Coated Urea (PCU) operation. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality coated fertilizer products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean work environment.
These positions may be assigned to the first or second shift, depending on business needs. Successful candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate Process equipment (computerized HMI controls and iPads)
- Troubleshoot process equipment
- Monitor incoming raw materials, machine processes, and liquid chemical flows
- Operate lab equipment and perform testing to ensure quality
- Verify and validate testing results
- Verify and validate correct product specs and documentation
- Unload liquid bulk materials from truck tankers into the tank farm
- Perform confined space cleanouts
- Monitor buildup and cleanout procedures
- Operate a forklift to move products and chemicals
- Operate heavy equipment, end loader for raw material, finished material movement, and truck load out
- Perform general maintenance, housekeeping, and other cleaning duties
- Perform repairs, processes, and operations of equipment
- · Snow removal/Grounds keeping
- Comply with company quality, compliance, and safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, agricultural, or industrial experience preferred.
- Forklift and heavy equipment experience is preferred but training may be provided.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to learn and safely operate a variety of industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including first- or second-shift, overtime, and weekends as business needs require.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
