Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Mechanical Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to schematics. This role requires proficiency in various assembly techniques and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assemble electronic components according to provided schematics and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for assembly tasks.
- Perform soldering of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies.
- Conduct quality checks using tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process, maintaining a focus on efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
Experience
- Must have Automated machine operator experience
- Must have Conformal Coat experience
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including schematics.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
