Seeking a Business Office Manager in an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Roanoke, VA
Applicant must have 5+ years of Medical Billing Office Management, current +5 years of accounts payable experience (QuickBooks preferred), as well as 5+ years of experience in managing accounts receivable, collections follow-up, medical billing, and coding (ICD10, CPT & HCPCS).
Must have practical knowledge of common office software applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. Must have organizational skills. ASC experience strongly desired. Familiar with supply chain solution software helpful.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
- The Business Office Manager is responsible for the business office functions of the Surgery Center, including:
- 1) Accounts payable
- 2) Accounts receivable
- 3) Cash management;
- 4) Supervision of the business office personnel. Understand and monitor managed care contracts. Also, will be responsible for end-of-month close for the practice management system and payable system and provide appropriate reports to upper management and accountant.
- 5)Will work with the Administrative Director and attend board meetings.
- 6) Interview, hire, and train all business office employees.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
