As a Physical Therapist at Slate Health Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting in Brooklyn, NY, serving a diverse patient population. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical impairments, injuries, and conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
