About the Role:
This is NOT a driver-only position and NOT entry-level labor. We are hiring an experienced Move Captain to lead moving crews and run residential and commercial moving jobs. You will be responsible for leading the crew, safely operating a 26-ft non-CDL box truck, loading and protecting furniture, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

If you are only looking for a driving job, this role will not be a good fit.
**Applicants without verifiable moving AND box truck driving experience will not be considered.**
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Morning huddle, make sure truck is properly stocked with materials/equipment
- Driving a 20–26 ft box truck to the client’s home
- Leading a 2–5-person crew on a residential move (job delegation, supervision)
- Wrapping furniture, carrying items, and loading the truck
- Communicating with clients and supervisor and managing the move
- Unloading and setting up items at the destination
- Filling truck with gas and cleaning out trash at the end of day

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- 1+ year driving non-CDL box trucks
- 1+ year professional household moving experience
- Able to lift/move 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S
- Must pass a background check
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and adapt to changing schedules

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
