Heritage of Clara Barton is looking for a Full Time cook for our Assisted Living Facility. Must be able to work every other weekend.
Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstation and equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the healthcare industry is preferred.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and meal preparation practices is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight residents.
