Associate Dentist – Private Practice | El Cajon, CA
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our modern private practice.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Our office is equipped with advanced technology and follows a same-day CAD/CAM crown workflow, allowing us to provide efficient, high-quality care. We utilize Dentrix Ascend practice management software and a fully digital workflow.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree with an active California dental license.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Experience with same-day CAD/CAM crowns (CEREC or similar digital workflow) is highly preferred.
- Comfortable performing:
- Root canal therapy (RCT)
- Surgical and routine extractions
- Bone grafting procedures
- Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.
