Key Responsibilities
- Lead business operations, service delivery, and internal workflow planning
- Oversee department performance, staffing needs, schedules, and operational standards
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and business results
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, reports, operational risks, and performance targets
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and business updates
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in business operations, enterprise services, client management, consulting support, or professional services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, service teams, or operational growth initiatives is an advantage

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
