Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, Risk Management, or a related field and four (4) years of experience investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling, property damage, personal injury and/or workers' compensation claims.
Licenses and Certificates: Texas Class “C” Driver’s License or equivalent from another state. Texas Property and Casualty Adjuster License, or All-line or Multi-lines License by time of appointment.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under direction, supervise the Water Utility property damage, personal injury, incident and claims including workers’ compensation to mitigate risk.
