Pay: Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, approximately 26 hours per weekend
Season: Late May through Early September
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items using established recipes and guidelines, including seafood, burgers, and fried foods
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and stocking
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations from food handling/prep thru cooking and storing food
- Help with end-of-shift cleaning and basic kitchen maintenance
Skills:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service times
- Dependable and punctual for weekend shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food truck environment
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
