Champion Installs is hiring hardworking team members for nationwide store remodel projects. Travel the country while installing fixtures and merchandising for major national retailers. Flights, hotels, ground transportation, and full pay while traveling are all provided.
This is a travel-intensive, physically demanding, on-call role—not a casual or temporary gig like typical retail merchandising. Expect three to four weeks on the road at a time, long days on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and working in all weather conditions. This is hands-on construction-style work in a retail environment.
Important Travel Note:
This is primarily a traveling position. While occasional local projects near your home may become available, you will be required to provide your own transportation to those sites. Most assignments involve extended nationwide travel (3–4 weeks at a time).

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and install shelving, steel racking, and store fixtures
- Unload trucks, set up merchandise, and stock products
- Follow blueprints, planograms, and schematics for accurate store setups
- Use pallet jacks, ladders, basic tools, and hardware
- Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining a clean, safe site

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (We will run a background check and motor vehicle report ; suspended license = immediate disqualification)
- REAL ID or Passport (required for air travel)
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive rental vehicles
- Preferred: Experience with fixture installation, merchandising, store setup, or construction
- Must have a strong work ethic and great attitude
- Flexibility for varied schedules, travel days, and occasional project-based changes (weekends generally off, but not guaranteed)
Work Schedule & Availability:
Schedules vary based on project needs. This is an on-call position, and flexibility is required as projects are scheduled, adjusted, or extended. Travel days, overnight travel, and long shifts are common. While weekends are generally off, weekend work may occasionally be required depending on project timelines.
