Let It Glow is a professional Christmas light installation company dedicated to creating beautiful holiday displays for homeowners and businesses. We provide a full-service experience, including custom design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of commercial-grade Christmas lights.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Position Overview
As a Christmas Light Installer, you'll work as part of a team installing custom holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties. This position requires working on ladders, paying close attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service.
No previous Christmas light installation experience is required—we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial-grade Christmas lights on homes and businesses.
- Safely use ladders and installation equipment.
- Measure rooflines and install lighting according to design plans.
- Install wreaths, garland, pathway lighting, and other holiday decorations.
- Troubleshoot and replace bulbs or equipment as needed.
- Perform maintenance visits throughout the holiday season.
- Remove and organize decorations after the season ends.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Provide courteous and professional service to every customer.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Construction, roofing, landscaping, painting, holiday lighting, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule
- Seasonal employment (September–January).
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime during the busiest weeks.
