About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our heavy machinery and facility infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our production environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficiency of critical plant equipment.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues within hydraulic and pneumatic systems to restore operational capacity.

Perform precision welding, fabrication, and torch cutting to support equipment modifications and structural repairs.

Install, rebuild, and maintain specialized machine tools, ensuring all systems meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

Analyze equipment failures to determine necessary repairs, refitting or replacing defective components to optimize output.

Maintain facility infrastructure, applying mechanical and light carpentry skills to support overall site functionality.

Promote a culture of safety by adhering to best practices and identifying potential hazards during daily maintenance tasks.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial maintenance or millwright roles.

Proven proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques, including SMAW, MIG, and TIG.

Ability to interpret complex mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing and walking for extended periods.

Advanced technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance or mechanical engineering.

Strong mathematical aptitude for precise measurements and system calculations.
