Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mailroom Associate for a temporary contract opportunity in San Diego, CA. This role supports daily mailroom operations and production print services in a professional office environment, helping ensure mail, shipments, print requests, and finishing work are completed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone with mailroom, shipping, copy center, print production, or customer-facing office support experience who enjoys staying organized, working hands-on, and providing professional service throughout the day. The Mailroom Associate will work closely with client services leadership and play an important role in keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail accurately and efficiently.
- Process outgoing mail, packages, and shipments according to established procedures.
- Complete production print requests submitted through TRAC.
- Perform binding, coiling, and other print finishing tasks.
- Provide professional face-to-face customer service to office employees and visitors.
- Maintain an organized mailroom and production work area while operating basic office equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Location: San Diego, CA.
