We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Restaurant Solutions Specialist to help restaurant owners discover technology solutions that improve operations, increase sales, and simplify day-to-day management.
What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for speaking directly with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and recommend solutions that help them grow.
This role combines outbound prospecting with inbound lead management and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect restaurant owners and operators through calls, email, and outreach campaigns
- Manage inbound sales opportunities and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations
- Identify customer needs and operational pain points
- Recommend technology solutions that help restaurants increase efficiency and revenue
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities
- Negotiate and close new business
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of sales, hospitality, restaurant operations, customer success, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with restaurant owners and operators
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Preferred
- Restaurant industry experience
- Technology, POS, payments, or SaaS experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience conducting product demonstrations
CompensationBase Compensation
- $26.00 per hour
- Approximately $51,000 annually
Commission
- Uncapped commission structure
- Expected earnings: $70,000-$85,000 annually
- Strong performers: $90,000-$100,000+
- Top performers have the opportunity to exceed earnings expectations
