Job Description
Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds. Daily hours are 7am to 3:30
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience required
- Should have basic understanding of electrical and plumbing – will be required to troubleshoot issues with toilets and change light bulbs and ballasts
- HVAC experience is preferred but is not required.
- Ability to proficiently use hand and power tools
- Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Ability to problem solve and report maintenance needs to the Building Engineer
- Must be capable of receiving instructions and following through
- Must be willing to utilize smart phone provided by company
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders
Salary Range Language:
The expected rate for this position ranges from $26.00 to $29.00 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the hourly rate and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
