Dental Hygienist – Full Time

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. We invest in our hygienists with strong pay, a generous sign-on bonus, continuing education support, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward long-term commitment.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Hourly Pay: $42.00 plus bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total, paid through regular payroll — 50% at your 90-day mark and 50% on your one-year anniversary
- Continuing Education Stipend: $500/year toward approved continuing education courses, plus paid time off to attend and transportation reimbursement
Benefits
- Health Insurance: 50% employer-reimbursed coverage through HAP HMO
- Paid Time Off:
- 72 hours after 90 days
- 80 hours after 2 years
- 120 hours after 5 years
- Paid Holidays (after 90 days): New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- CPR Certification: Renewal covered every two years
- Uniforms: Provided after 90 days
- Dental Benefits: Coverage available for employees, immediate family, and non-immediate family
- 401(k): Employer contribution begins after 1 year of employment
- Short-Term Disability: Coverage available (employee-paid)

Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygiene license in good standing
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong chairside manner and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
