Chef/ Cook needed for growing treatment program located in West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires understanding and training working with therapeutic diets including but not limited to: food allergies, intolerances, medical conditions and food preferences of a complicated client base. Work closely with Nutrition Director on development and implementation of menus weekly. Team collaboration daily with registered dietitians and other team members. Responsible for the purchasing and planning for meals in compliance with facility budget and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in the food prep and food handling areas. Population served will vary from 10 - 40 people per meal with a wide variety of food cultures being represented in the food served. High school diploma or equivalent required.
