Position Summary
We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to help lead our team and maintain a high level of customer service, store organization, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and enjoys creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Support training and development of team members
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and well presented
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Support store goals and uphold company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Must be available every weekend
- Availability to work weekends and retail peak hours
- Passion for LEGO® or creative hobbies is a plus
Compensation and Schedule
- Starting pay: $16 per hour
- 35–40 hours per week
