Schedules:
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, helping them live comfortably and with dignity.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident conditions.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Promote a positive, supportive environment for both residents and team members.
Requirement:
- Valid LPN license in New York State
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
