Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a Foreman position. We are a heavy metal stamping and fabricating plant with press operations from 200 ton to 2000 ton.
Duties:
- Direct supervision and oversite of the production hourly workforce.
- Coordination of the daily production plan while meeting or exceeding the production standards.
- Supervise compliance to the plant safety rules.
- Oversee adherence to the product quality requirements.
- Manage and monitor hourly employee time and attendance.
Skills:
- Highschool graduate, college a plus.
- Manufacturing supervisory experience, in a union environment preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and procedures.
- This position will report directly to the General Foreman of Production.
Pay:
Salary based on experience.
